It is easier to apply pressure
on the inside to get to the outside while you are crossleg.
lead leg kicks, lead hand - applying pressure to the inside
- then attacking the blind side while stepping off. bil
sao thread, wipe, lap sao punch........whatever tools you
want

Watch the weapons, the taller persons are obviously longer.
keep the gap closed, dont get picked off by long attacks
(kicks..) also try to trap up their lead arm...cover the
elbow, or just hit it - to get to the outside and use the
advantage on the blind side.
